I'm going to be using this image:


Copy and Paste this image as a new layer (Ctrl+L)
or go to Layers >>> New Raster Layer and flood fill (F) it with the color #915A0D

Set it to Lighten at 100% Opacity

Duplicate your background layer (Layers >>> Duplicate). Then click and drag it to the top of the layer bar. It should be above the color layer.

Set it to Overlay at 100% Opacity

And you're done!
